The villa is an ideal solution for hosting a large family or a group of friends thanks to a “fluid” distribution across four buildings close to each other which recall and preserve the context of an ancient hamlet thanks to its careful conservative restoration.
THE EXTERIORS
There are so many facilities for exclusive use for your relaxation and free time: the natural swimming pool, the furnished veranda complete with barbecue and pizza oven, 50 m away an equipped fitness area, a play area for the little ones, and for the more sporty, 10 mountain bikes to use to explore the paths that start right from the villa’s park.
Also available to guests is a vegetable garden from which they can collect seasonal vegetables, a table tennis area, a softair field and billiards.
ROOMS
In the main house, on the ground floor, there is a beautiful living room with a piano, a fireplace that dominates the room, armchairs and a desk; a second living room with sofas, armchairs and two televisions; dining room, two communicating kitchens, one of which with a central island and fireplace, the other in steel with hob with burners, bathroom. On the second floor there are two connecting bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) with a shared bathroom, as well as two double bedrooms, both with their own bathroom.
In the other adjacent building there is a kitchen with fireplace on the ground floor; on the first floor (access from the outside) a living room with fireplace, two bedrooms with private bathroom.
The former barn has a living room with sofa bed and a cupboard kitchen on the ground floor; on the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom.
The smaller, but very nice house has an area with a sofa, a bathroom and two single beds on the first floor.
COMMON AREAS
The 3 farmhouses adjacent to the villa retain the warmth and rural atmosphere of the past but, thanks to a skilful and refined renovation, offer every comfort and meet the needs of customers who wish to immerse themselves in an experience in contact with nature, in an elegant setting with attention to details.
